I'm experiencing login problems with your Presenter or Educator account?

The most common problem regarding logging in is a forgotten or mis-typed password.  Be sure that your CAPS LOCK is off as your passwords are case sensitive and should be put in exactly as you set them when you created your account.  If you have forgotten your password, you may request that it be sent to you. Click on the Contact Us here link below.

Your login name is the email address that you initially used to set up your account. Any emails from this site will be sent to that email address. If you need to update your email address to a newer one, click on the Contact Us here link below.

If all else fails, contact us here and explain your situation.  We will respond to your request as soon as possible.

I uploaded photos, but they aren't appearing. Why not?

There are several reasons your headshot or book covers might not be appearing.

Your image must be in a specific file format, such as a png, jpg or gif.  PDFs and any other file type will not work.

If your image is too big, use a free image resizer website, such as Webresizer to make your image smaller.  Click on Resize Photos Now, select and upload your image.  Near the middle of the next page, you'll see New Size; change this number to 250 and click Apply Changes. Your image should be smaller now, so simply click Download this image, save it to your computer, and upload this new image to our site!  It's that easy!

Is your browser having difficulty navigating the site?

I have more books, but I can't list any more!  What gives?

We limited the amount of books a Presenter can list for several reasons.  First and foremost, listing a lot of books makes your page burdensome to navigate; Educators would have to scroll excessively to see all of them.  To mitigate this problem, we suggest that you list your most popular and/or your most recent books and include the rest of your books in your Bibliography section. Of course, we hope Educators will navigate directly to your own website where they can see all of your books and more.
